This DVD has been scratched because I bought on Ebay, I can not do the company and ask for another disc. Is there anywhere online that you can download it?

Under the assumption that (the zero down / not shiny side up / label), and not too deep, may be able to get to play your current disc.
Vigorously rubbing a little toothpaste (not gel type) on the underside of the disc, so that only problem you there and back from the center to the edge (like spokes of a bicycle).
Do NOT rub in a circular pattern (like an old-fashioned phone call).
Keep rubbing in both directions from the center to the edge, gradually completely behind him in the hard disk.
Toothpaste, rinse thoroughly, dry and try to play too.
